These Terms & Conditions govern use of ccdrcomputers.com, operated by CCDR (Custom Computer Design and Repair) in Brevard County, Florida. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about CCDR’s computer repair, custom-computer, data-recovery, setup, support, and related technology services. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for an inspection, diagnosis, service estimate, or written service agreement.
Contact requests do not create a service contract
Submitting a form, opening a support ticket, sending an email, or leaving a voicemail does not by itself create a customer relationship, guarantee an appointment, establish a price, or require CCDR to accept work. Any repair or other paid service may be governed by a separate estimate, authorization, invoice, or service agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to submit requests only for devices, systems, accounts, and data that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data before service whenever reasonably possible. Do not submit passwords, access codes, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through a general form or ticket unless CCDR specifically provides a secure method and asks you to use it.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or support system to:
- Violate law or the rights of another person or organization.
- Request unauthorized access to a device, account, network, or data.
- Send malware, abusive content, spam, or deceptive requests.
- Interfere with the website, bypass security controls, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Scrape, copy, or exploit site content in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original text, graphics, branding, layout, and other content are owned by CCDR or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted, and you may not reproduce or distribute site content without permission except as allowed by law.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Google services and WordPress plugins. CCDR does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms.
No website warranty
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CCDR does not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, or complete, or that general information on the website will resolve a specific computer problem. Service descriptions, availability, and prices may change. Any warranty for paid work must be stated in the applicable service document.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCDR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Rights and remedies relating to an actual paid service are governed by the applicable service documents and law.
Privacy
CCDR’s Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website and support system is handled and is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Changes and availability
CCDR may update the website and these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted, as shown by the “Last updated” date. CCDR may suspend or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning only use of this website will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Brevard County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
