CCDR (Custom Computer Design and Repair) operates ccdrcomputers.com and provides computer repair and technology support services in Brevard County, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you visit the website, submit a contact form, or use the support-ticket system.
Information you provide
CCDR may collect information that you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of a contact message. If you open or reply to a support ticket, the support system may also store your ticket subject, category, priority, messages, and any files you intentionally attach.
You may also provide information by phone, email, or during a service inquiry. Please do not send passwords, access codes, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form or support ticket. CCDR can discuss a safer method if specific access or information is needed for service.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, the site and its service providers may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and dates and times of activity. The support system may record IP address, browser, operating-system, and source information with a ticket or reply for security and troubleshooting.
How CCDR uses information
- To respond to questions, contact requests, and support tickets.
- To evaluate, schedule, and provide requested computer or technology services.
- To send form confirmations and service-related communications.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website and support system.
- To understand website usage and improve content and service paths.
- To comply with applicable law, enforce site terms, and protect CCDR, customers, and others.
Contact forms and support tickets
The contact form is powered by Ninja Forms and currently requests a name, email address, phone number, and message. A submitted form is stored in WordPress and sent by email to CCDR and its website administrator; a confirmation may also be emailed to the address supplied by the visitor.
The support pages are powered by SupportCandy. The system stores the customer name and email address along with ticket and reply details needed to manage the request. Attachments are stored only when a user chooses to provide them.
Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
CCDR uses Google Analytics to measure site traffic and understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and collect information such as session activity, approximate location, and browser or device information. CCDR does not intend to send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying contact-form data to Google Analytics.
You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. For information about how Google processes information from sites using its services, visit Google’s partner-sites information page.
Spam and abuse protection
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help detect spam and abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
When information may be shared
CCDR may share information with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, host data, measure website use, prevent abuse, or support customer requests. Those providers receive only the information needed to perform their work and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer.
CCDR does not use contact-form or support-ticket submissions for third-party targeted advertising and does not knowingly sell those submissions.
Data retention
CCDR retains contact and support information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, provide or document services, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type of record and the reason it is kept. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or de-identified.
Data security
CCDR uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so visitors should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that CCDR holds about you. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, business records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. To make a request, email eric@ccdrcomputers.com. CCDR may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. CCDR does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact CCDR to request its removal.
